1. Appointments and Cancellations

  • All new clients are required to attend a consultation prior to their first treatment to assess suitability.
  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is redeemable against your treatment cost.
  • We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Failure to provide 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time may be reduced, or we may need to reschedule.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.
  • Full payment for treatments is required on the day of your appointment.
  • We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. We do not accept cheques.

3. Treatment Suitability and Results

  • Our practitioners reserve the right to refuse treatment if they deem it unsuitable for any reason.
  • The results of aesthetic treatments can vary from person to person. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcome, we cannot guarantee specific results.
  • You are required to provide a full and accurate medical history during your consultation. HM Clinic London is not liable for any issues resulting from undisclosed medical information.
  • Follow-up appointments may be required to achieve and maintain optimal results, which may incur additional costs.

4. Liability

HM Clinic London holds full insurance for all treatments performed. We will not be held liable for any economic loss or any other special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with our services.

5. Complaints Procedure

We are committed to providing the highest standard of care. If you have any concerns or are unsatisfied with your treatment, please contact the clinic manager at your earliest convenience. We will investigate your complaint in accordance with our formal complaints procedure.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
